Valerie Resor
I believe movement should support your body — not work against it.
My approach combines mobility training, fascia-focused recovery, restorative strength, and nervous-system-aware coaching to help you move with greater freedom, awareness, and long-term resilience.
Rather than relying on pressure, intensity, or traditional fitness culture, I focus on helping people better understand their bodies, reduce compensatory patterns, and build sustainable practices that support everyday life. My goal is to create a space where you can reconnect with your body, move with confidence, and develop lasting strength and well-being in a way that feels supportive and realistic.

I work with people who are experiencing:
-
Chronic tightness and restriction
-
Pain or movement limitations
-
Stress-related tension and overwhelm
-
Recovery after injury or burnout
-
Mobility and flexibility challenges
-
A sense of disconnection from their body through traditional fitness approaches
No matter where you're starting from, my goal is to meet you where you are. Every session is guided by your unique needs, experiences, and goals, with a thoughtful, collaborative approach that prioritizes support, awareness, and sustainable progress over quick fixes.

I believe the body and nervous system are deeply connected, and that lasting change happens when we support both. Through mobility work, fascia-focused techniques, breath awareness, restorative practices, and strength training, I help people move with greater confidence, comfort, and resilience over time.
FITT & FLEXY isn't built around quick fixes, extreme fitness culture, or the idea that you have to push through pain to make progress.
It's built around sustainable wellness, long-term strength, and helping people feel more connected, capable, and supported in their own bodies.

At the heart of my work is a trauma-informed approach that honors your unique experiences and recognizes that every body has its own story. I believe healing, strength, and well-being begin with curiosity, awareness, and learning to reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and supportive.
My hope is that our work together helps you develop a deeper sense of trust in yourself, greater awareness of your body's needs, and the confidence to move through life with more ease. Ultimately, I want FITT & FLEXY to be a place where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home and at peace in your own body.
